Joannie graduated from Cégep de Sherbrooke in 2015. She has always been driven by a deep passion for animals, especially cats, which hold a very special place in her heart. This passion naturally led her to expand her knowledge of feline behaviour and fear-free handling techniques, an approach that guides every interaction she has with her patients.
A member of the Éduchateur team since 2021 and actively involved with the continuing education committee of the AMVQ, Joannie is known for her commitment to lifelong learning and her dedication to advancing best practices in veterinary medicine. She also has a particular interest in veterinary microscopy and dentistry, two areas in which she enjoys continually developing her skills.
Kind, attentive, and always smiling, Joannie is dedicated to ensuring every animal feels safe and comfortable during their visit. She strives to build trusting relationships with both her patients and their families. Outside the clinic, she is a proud geek at heart and enjoys spending her free time playing video games, watching anime, and exploring the world of Star Trek.
